2022 Annual Meeting & 50th Anniversary Celebration
Each year the annual meeting provides every team member with professional development insights, valuable ESOP-related education and the chance to celebrate employee-ownership.
When planning the event, our marketing team was faced with many challenges. Our mission was to create an event that was inclusive of our four different companies, while still honoring the legacy and culture of the ESS brand. We had the added pressure of planning the first in-person annual meeting since the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only would this event have to measure up to previous events, but 2022 was the 50th anniversary of the company.
Another challenge was the growing question throughout the company of if the Annual Meeting is worth it or even necessary. Our job was to create a space where employee-owners could connect with EO's in different offices and learn more about the growing company.
The event slogan was “A legacy forged in the field. A future that's just beginning.” To celebrate 50 years of our company, we knew we needed to focus our messaging on the guys in the field. They are the backbone of the company, so all the branding was focused on them.
